Dimaond T-D Products has one of the coolest after market
products on the market. Their custom Foot Pegs are
absolutely cool, in every way. They are very
affordable and simple to install, which equals a great
combo for the Jeep owner.

What You Will Need
• 13 MM wrench
-
• Not required, but the use of a pliers may be needed to
get the stock nut loose

Installation
NOTICE: When removing your door, be prepared for the weight
of the door, as you do not want to drop your door and damage
it or damage your window glass.
Installing the Foot Pegs
is not difficult, this is for the novice.
1. Your new Foot Pegs kit consists of 5 pieces; 2
Foot Pegs, 2 New Screws and a 3/16" Allen Wrench.
2. First thing you need to do is remove
your doors. Grab your 13MM wrench and proceed to
loosen and remove the top and bottom nuts from your door
hinges. Don't worry about the door falling right off,
as they will hang in the stock location until you raise the
door up and out of the hinge. This may take a few
budges, but it will pop right out. I suggest,
unhooking your door strap and bringing the door to a
perpendicular location. This seemed to be the easiest
way for the door to slide right off the hinge.
3. After removing your doors, take one of
your new screws and insert it in the bottom door hinge from
the bottom, so that the screw threads are at the top.

4. Attach the foot peg to the new screw and
hand tighten.
5. AT this time you can adjust the foot peg
bump stop to the most comfortable angle for your foot to
rest. Once this is done, your can them use the Allen
wrench to tighten down the foot peg.
6.Repeat steps for other door/foot peg.
7. That is it, your done!
Product Review:
The
Diamond T-D Products "Foot Pegs" are very cool. They
are so easy to install, that the novice user can install
these as well as the removal of the doors. My kit came
with the added feature of the tighten down screws, which is
a separate product, as too keep the walk by thieves from
just taking them off. If you do not want to have them
mounted this way, you can buy the standard kit, which will
just slide in the hinge location and can be removed when you
reach your destination.

AWESOME!
While these are not for the hard core trails, they are for
the cruises on the beach or to wherever your jeep wants to
go. They are very comfortable and feel very natural
when driving. These are perfect for the weekend cruise
when you just want that cool breeze feel, and perfect for
the winter days when the days heat up just enough to take
the plunge in the sun.
