TKH-Fab &
Repair is a family owned and operated fabricating shop. They
offer a large variety of services from mandrel bent roll
cages to custom quarter elliptically suspension. They will
build a turn key rig or just get you started so you can
finish it, They just like working on jeeps.
Terry has been in the world of offroading for over 25 years
and have gone from buggies to jeeps and bikes in the middle,
so he tries to put his experience to work on every job. In
the building of everything their main goal is to make a
solid and functional item for the customer. They are a hands
on shop and manufacture almost everything they sell and are
always looking for new items to make, and they also take
custom orders everyday.
In the past they have looked for something to fill in their
slack time. So they have started marketing and selling the
same parts we all have been using on the rigs they have
built in their shop. Like their bumpers and ¼” plate steel
diff covers. Much like the one we received here at
JeepSpeak.com and sell on ebay. Watch for
www.tkhfab.com coming soon. But for now just call
TKH-Fab & Repair at 1-513-875-3327. Ask for Terry or Curtis
or e-mail them at TKHFAB88@AOL.com.

Installation
NOTICE: When removing stock bumper, be sure legs are not
under it while removing to avoid leg injury. Same
warning when installing new steel bumper as it has increased
weight.
1.
Remove your stock bumper. This is easily
done with your socket wrench and torx bit. There are
two (2) torx screws located under each tie in to the frame.
Remove the two (2) and the four (4) bolts on top to remove
bumper.

2.
If you have a winch / winch plate installed, you should be
able to loosen the rear bolts so that the winch can be
slightly raised to insert new bumper.
3.
Once the stock bumper is removed, simply insert the new
TKH bumper into the stock location, center and insert stock
or winch bolts previously installed.

4.
Your done with the bumper install!.
5.
If you have stock fog lights or after market, you will need
to find a new location to install. My winch plate had
enough room to drill two (2) new holes for the fogs as seen
in the photos I did not want to drill into the new
bumper for something that may be changed at a later date.
6.
If your state requires you to have a front license plate, you
will need to attach it another way than on your stock
bumper. I used zip ties to attach mine as my winch
does not have rollers to do the mag mount install.
